LOL. Nice. I flipped this dudes can a few days ago. He had est 3 mil ore. I convoed him and he bloxked me. So I blew the can up.

No he isn't an expert, he is a griefer. Macros usually don't talk actively in local or chats, they just keep dropping you ore. None the less, if you jet can mine you will have your stuff stolen.

Btw, people that flip cans are the ones that don't actually go to low-sec to mess up their sec. Yes, it's a form of pirating, but a very mediocre(msp?) one.
