It's absolutely awful in Syndicate right now. Took me abou 5 minutes to warp 20 AU. Was averaging about 16% normal time while traversing an entire constellation (with nobody in it besides my 8 man gang) |

Constellations don't necessarily determine TiDi. Nodes can be several systems across the galaxy, to prevent entire constellations being blacked out during node crashes.
If we distribute pictures of people, does that mean God can file copyright claims under SOPA? |

This. It's been known for years now that there's no relationship between the map and what systems run on what nodes.

The big fleet fight they just fought effected 75 systems as the TiDi droped down to 14% some of the time. |

One titan down on each side, apparently. RaidenDOT lost one in an actual pew-pew battle with 'errbody shooting 'errbody and then Goonswarm lost one later after it strayed outside the POS shields and was alpha'd by doomsdays. Dreads, Drakes, and Maelstroms dying everywhere.

Jita currently has TiDi active. Sitting at about 1800 people and TiDi is above 50%. |

Think you MIGHT find that there are more than just 2 Nodes running EVE.
TiDi was always going to have a lot of teething issues but once it gets fine tuned with any luck it will be a lot better. (How long that will take is something not even Ghod himself would know though  ) |

Ok, now it can support 2000man battles. I'll bring 3000. Until hardware has advanced enough that it can support everyone fighting everyone in one system, (100k v 100k fleets), more money on hardware won't solve the problem.
Right now, more money of hardware won't even help much, 'cause CCP has (per the last time they showed their toys off) very nice hardware.
