Just trying to get a character transfered and it seems to be having a lot of problems. When we do the Credit Card processing, it comes up with the following error:
REQUEST 850985 UNKNOWN VALUE XX FOR ATTRIBUTE COUNTRYCODE
Tried 3 different credit cards from two different countries and they are all having problems. Any ideas on a way around this? Petitions are in under Website problems, but no idea how long that will take.

I was the other half to Utkarja trying the transfer....
We have both petitioned it with no response as of 0200 or so GMT (I think).

I just had a thought on this: What browsers are you guys using? Firefox, IE, Opera or something else?

I have a similar problem but just saying that "Not authorized" and I have tried like 4 credit cards but none of them has worked :o(

Tried again several times late in the day (US time) transferring between my own accounts and now I keep getting the Not Authorized message instead of the earlier one.
Very Frustrating that this stuff is so broken for so long.

Maybe I should drop some racist swearing diatribe in this section so I can get an CCP employee to look at the problem. Even if its just a forum mod. Sad customer service.
Working on 4 days on the petition.

I`m on my 5th day here...main account frozen.
I`ve sent an e-mail to support...still waiting.
Accounts suspended,CC refused....get off fan fest and cure this problems CCP...you are loosing fans.

CCP have loads to do and yes atm your problem to you is priority but other problems take priority over yours so be patient and it will be fixed.
