Alot of your stuff (Brynn's MWD is probably the most-so) is waaaaaaaaaaaay way overpriced. Think about lowering your buyouts alot.
Just a friendly tip.

I know the buyouts are overpriced, this was to encourage bidding, instead of just selling them outright.
