Well, from the news letter link it looks like Shiva is going to be one blinding patch 
As far as i'm concerned, the longer it takes to come, the better as it's going to take ages to train all those skills for the jobs  Plus there's also the minerals to save up for 
All this cool stuff, makes you wonder what else CCP have planned

Hmmmm I see a lot of unhappy tech II producers who can't get hold of the necessary components for THIS tech level.
Longer they keep Shiva away the better to be honest, unless they have a fix in mind?

CCP should raise the quantity of tech 2 tools you get from agent missions or raise the number of missions giving out tech 2 tools and it will solve that problem
I'm doing agent missions all the time and the last time i got some tech 2 tools from my agents was more then a week a go

I don't have any tech II BPs, so I wasn't whining, just commenting on what others have been saying.

Good point there, I wonder what quantity of tech 2, erm, doofers will be required for the construction of deployable structures, are construction components going to be the new minerals? or are you only going to need 1 or 2 items to make these cool things.
Hmmm, thinking a bit too far ahead maybe
