Pet...is the term used for smaller entity being aligned and helping a larger entity. I am not in bob or red, as they are the major power blocks, so all entites that fall underneath the umbrella are considered pets, slaves or whatever the newest term is. People are simply using your own masters term to refer to you. It helps to know what you're ranting about before you start ranting. I guess now they call them "cannon fodder" or "sand bags to be left between Delve & the advance of the Southern Coalition in the hope that they will slow down the advance" although the latter term is probably what they meant by "pets" all along. Bob owns you, and disregards you as they see fit after taking everything they can from you (players, stations, rent). They will promise protection they can't provide, promise other space to carebear if you lost your space but it's already crowded with station jockies hiding from hostiles, tell you great tales of the ebil ennemy, while you keep forgetting half of eve is allied to these or support their war against your masters. They must all be dead wrong right? I mean, the fact that you are defeated alliances, who can't hold space on their own doesn't possibly mean maybe you're being played or just not worthy of 0.0?

BoB c/d? BoB are personal pets of mine. There now that one person reffered to Bob as pets, that automatically makes it truth, right? I currently own my house, but I've rented before. I didn't hate every landlord I've ever had. I've also rented space out for my own business. I made more money than the space cost me, I didn't hate the landlord in this situation either. Currently I feel stronger about the ideal of sticking with my in-game friends rather than the ideal of not having to pay rent for 0.0 space. Simple isn't it? BoB is far from being finished. I can only speak from a grunt's point of view, of course. The fact they are able to put up incredible resistances like in 0oyz is proof of that. But it is true that RMF is pretty much finished while Rise has been rendered entirely impotent, which must be rather disheartening to BoB. Unlike BoB, there are several solid alliances on the RSF side. But BoB and MC are supposed to carry the load of alliances, whose performances have been, to borrow a word from the infamous LuckyDuck speech, "frustrating". And BoB's renters, likewise, have discovered that for all of Bob's once-brilliant reputation, it cannot fight a two front war.

The end result is that IAC will lose its space, TT and friends will need to retreat, you left them to hang, not RA, Goons...RA did a awesome job of capital pwnage recently, and when it mattered. However, the goons havent really been around much for IAC. Why? Corm/RISE dont need to be as morally damaged as IAC is going to be, they have alot of space to retain in. IAC will realize they've lost everying they've had and collapse, I think TT is down to fighting in frigates now LOL. Corm/RISE etc will remain strong and unified as friends of BOB in feyth, IAC is finsihed, or will be in probably a week+

Its a possibility I suppose that Goons coined it in the first Goon / BoB war, but I suspect that it was nothing to do with them originally.
