Amarr Battleship lv5 with T2 beam lazars (6,990,766 skillpoints in Gunnery)
Can do heavy T1 drones and medium T2 drones. 
Can pretty much equip Caldari and Amarr BS in all T2 variations.
Tactical shield manipulation at lv5 makes for an evil Caldari tank
