THis is my set-up
Highs...X1 small energy neutralizer 2...X5Med pulse laser 1 [Amarr navy microwave s]
Meds...Domination 10mn afterburner...Large peroxide1 capacitor power cell...True Sansha cap recharger
Lows...True Sansha med armor repairer...Shadow Serpentis energized magnetic membrane...True Sansha energized reactive membrane...Amarr navy energized adaptive nano membrane...Damage control 2...800mm reinforced rolled tungsten plate 1.
 Now, I have no Rigs installed, as of yet. I was thinking armor rigs? Any ideas of this?

I thought the definition of a duramaller was something durable but disposable?
A 1600mm plate or two and cheap mods, deal little damage, but over long time.
But that might be just me. As for your setup I'd def. get some armor rigs, be it accelerators or pumps.

A 1600mm plate or two and cheap mods, deal little damage, but over long time. When it goes down, just undock a new one for another 5 mil replacement cost. Thus no rigs.
But that might be just me. As for your setup I'd def. get some armor rigs, be it accelerators or pumps.
The word "Dura" just means tough.

Noone has ever said anything about the cost of this ship. I did say it might not be the general idea of a duramaller, as a disposable ship as yours will be a couple of hundred mil.
You just entered for one on one in the topic. Why not simply answer that instead?
The expression duramaller has been around for some time, and the idea is indeed to make a ship that is tough. Hence most slap on undersized guns and a decent passive tank. Normally consisting of a 1600 plate. And if you would be relying on a passive tank, trimarks would be the obvious choice. Now you want to use an active one, and then ... trimarks might not be the best option.

5x Frig guns (280s, med pulse etc), 1 small nos/neut
1x WD II, web, med inject (800s)
2x MAR II, 2 EANM II, 1600 plate, DC II
Perma runs everything, even if using cap weapons such as lasers/rails.
