Ideally this character would be using T2 large weapons on Battleships. My budget for this project is fairly large so feel free to post with links to your auction/selling or direct voogru.com links. Thank you TheKiller, I will ponder it if the skills are right, but I think that 7 bil for a 20 mil SP char is a tad overpriced.
