Psychopath, his last know location was in Reblier capming the gate to 6-CZ49 with a few other KIller clowns. Foxxer is a confirmed camper but not really worth the 20k bounty. Psycho is in a raven, there were 1 raven, scorp and an unidentfied typhoon or tempest. With some other BS.

Well this clowns are mostly hard to get. As usual they are stiing at Reblier Gate
in 6-CZ49 in ready to jump position.
Mostly there a two options:
1. They jump to Reblier if the incomming feet is equal.
2. There are jumping 10 more from Reblier to 6-CZ49, so that they outnubmer u ez.
Till now we have had only one victory vs a BlackBird, a Typhoon and a Armageddon with a victim tactic. Bobbeh, Keenon and dunno who anymore.
At last its boring and makes to much work to hunt them down.
Maybe Sector-Camping will work...but who wants to do this all over the time?

that was awhile back, but still it was a nice tactic atacking us with 2 temps and while we were engaged bringing another temp a mega and a raven
atleast u know how do do this-most bounty hunters jump with 12 ships in sys and expect us to fight them

We are not idiots. When 2 Celes jump in we know that another 10 bs are waiting to jump in after them. Also I do not know where you get the figures about how many bs we have but we certainly do not have 10.

I dont think so...Psycho is obsessed with the size of his bounty. Claiming a couple of mils is not really worth being knocked off the top ten most wanted.

5) Using the miner 2 laser for a month a head of everyone else, including techell.
6) Thinking they're cool.
7) Calling in the wannabie pirate numbers only Evolution and betraying one of their own member corporations.
8) Claiming that the stain charter says that majority votes have the competence to alter the the very charter that enables and regulates the stain council. Makes them eternal targets for me, in itself.
