Hey. I spend too much time dreaming.
Came up with this.

Remove the railguns. Nobody really likes railguns.
Add lasers and swap the Gallente Navy Explosive hardeners for Domination EM ones. When you have pvped as much as I have, you would know how many times Navy Mega pilots wished they had more protection against EM damag. Three EM hardeners (faction!) give you unbelievable EM resists.
Also, the Tech 2 plate is madness. Swap it for a 800mm Crystalline Carbonide one instead. It is much lighter (meaning your faction Mega can turn on a dime, Macross Zero style). Also, it is much cheaper.
When I said add lasers, I meant it. Add a lot of them, if possible, one of each size and type. Use different crystals for more disco effect. It is most efficient in level 4 missions.
Naturally, swap one of the T1 CCCs for a probe strength rig. Keep the T2 CCC, they cost a lot.
And dude. You cannot use those Rep drones on yourself. Swap them for target painting drones instead.
