I was at the gate in Yulai waiting for some goofballs we are at war with to come by and a funny thing happened. I saw there were some Omega Corp guys in local and next thing I know I was getting locked by a Megathron whose tag read "OMEGA". Unfortunately I was duped in my excitement because the Megathron that was locking me was a member of Black Omega Security (a corp we are not at war with), I fired on them and the sentries at the gate opened up on me, I warped away and Concord never pursued... So my question is where were the cops? Why did Concord stay out of this engagement? Does it have anything to do with Black Omega/MASS's standing towards Concord? I'm glad to have my Apocalypse despite minor armor damage, but c'mon my ship should have been toast... Yulai is a 1.0 and anyone who fires on someone they are not at war with should be sitting in an egg at best.

Concord jump in at different times, not when you want them to. If you were a person who regularly disturbs the peace in high security space you would know this.

same thing here trev, except mine a pilot we are at war with changed to a newbie corp. the sentrys scratched me paint for 4 armor pts, but atleast concord wisely stayed out of the area

Happened a couple of times to some EV members when we were camping Yulai - seems CONCORD don't always react to aggression.

If it was an exploit, he'd only be guilty of using an exploit if he knowingly did it, so the point is moot.

The chilli fried-fredo dogs have been a surprisingly well received addition to the Big Bang Burger Bar menu...especially with \/\/horing Minmatar naval personnel.

Ok ive killed plent of indys in 1.0 spaces, yes Concord do react, but only sometimes, and I find it a nice diversion from the mining with my main char. If concord do turn then u warp up, its there locking time viris ur reflexs to notice them and warp out, is that still an exploit?
If it is, what about combat in 0.0 space, say im in a crusier and turn up at a gate and there is a bs sitting there waiting to gank me and I warp out before he locks me, he follows me to a moon, am i ment to just sit there and let him blow me up???
Didnt think so, it comes down to skillz, but in the case of the Apoc without concord following u, by the sounds of it u are a very lucky guy.
