Sick and tired of waiting on open research slots.
1. Where to start on getting a High sec POS started and whats need?
2. My main Char only have just 3.09 Caladari faction so along way from 7 that required for .7 tower. Willing to start a new account if needed for alts and ceo if needed for optimal output. So Question is better have your character get to 7 or hire someone to get your corp standings?
3. Can u clone jump to POS?
4. How find safe spot for High Sec POS close to Jita? What to look for or stay away from?
5. Whats the best tower for High Sec Research tower? Factions but what type? How get lowest price on one without over paying?
6. Whats type fuel cost and where mine it? At what point is Delivery service worth cost?
7. Thinking of going Med tower size due fact that CCP no longer protects POS in High sec what's good setup for "defense" and still have Research Labs? Need list of cost involved. 3 of each type resist wouldn't leave you with much CPU left on the pos.
8. My orig corp mates want to join and research too. What's evolved in that?
If comes down to I might need some just walk me through this because I read most of guides and still not sure. Must be on hands learning experience project.
Sorry for long post just have alot questions and no one in my corp knows nothing about POS.
Any service, help or advice you think the fit my needs is welcome.

1 a corp and standing
2 thats up to you but its always good to fiddle with the tower later

4 safe spot ? just find a moon and drop it there
5 caldiri or the faction equivalent ..most cpu
6 again up to you but around 50 to 80 mil for a medium .. try a pos planer . mining racial ice but you need alot to mine ( i mined all 6 days most of the time watching the alliance tourney and all i got was a month worth of fuel )
7 ancor the hardeners and if you get decced ofline labs and online hardeners
8 they either join your corp with an research alt or they trust you and give you the bpo¦s
or
join one of the research alliances that are around

What if your in an NPC Corp?
Any corp can wardecc the pos owners corp and 24 hours later attempt to destroy it using BS class ships and below. Concord wont intervene in that case.
Only Player corps can anchor a pos, Npc corp members cannot. nor can player corp members anchor a pos for themselves, it must be for corp.

Find a 0.5 sys and you'll only need faction standing of 5 then.

2. Try going for a 0.5 system. It'll take less mission grinding or if your going to pay for your standings it will only take about 150-200 mil.

5. Go for a Caldari tower, they can hold the most research labs. If you have the isk get a faction tower, they use less fuel.
6. Fuel for a small tower will cost in the range of 40mil. for a small and I think 160mil. for large per month.
7. No one in there right mind would waste there time trying to pick off a control tower in high sec.
8. First try finding a solarsystem with a station that has a science and industry tab. Then you corp mates will need to train scientific networking. which will allow them to use the pos's research slots from the station. You can even charge a fee for them to research, an easy way to keep pos costs low.

Someone told me it is the raw corp and not personal standing that need to be 5 for 0.5system or 6 for 0.6 system
Is this true? How is this possible in a multi person corp?

Indeed it is - only the unmodified corporation standings are taken into account when anchoring a POS (that is, before skills).
In a multi-person corp, the average standings of all corp members must be above the minimum required for anchoring. But only members who DO have standing (positive or negative) count towards that. So either kick the members with low standings until you anchor the tower, or have them all grind missions.

Wow, I haven't been around long myself but I found this while looking.

Basically you need 10 standing to anchor in a 1.0 system
9.0 standing for a .9 system on down to 5.0 for a .5 system.

Ok, Just got a Domination Medium tower built "Projectile Fall Off Bonus = 50
Projectile Optimal Bonus = 50 Projectile ROF Bonus = -25 (but not launched)
1. What type setup would work in high sec? (all guns and missles) (all resist and play waiting game) Bought some small guns already.
2. Heard that jammer's don't work because you can control them in high sec tower which makes useless, this true?
3. How much should one have ready on the day of launching? (month of minerals) (how much strom)How much room would Hanger bay have?
4. Can u heal the towers from osprey during battle inside the shield? would it make diff
5. Can u ancor more guns and just bring online when one gets destroyed?
6. What would all Resist setup look for Domination Medium tower?

1. You need no guns, noone can attack your POS, only if you get war declared.
2. Sure Jammers work, but look point 1.
3. Take Fuel for some hours and the tower with you. You need no Cooperate hanger, in Highsec are NPC stations ;)
4. You cannot target anything if you are inside the force field
5. Sure. But guns at pos war are if attacked most time only incapacited, that means no armor/Shield/damaged structure, so the structure needs to be repaired with a shield transporter/Remote Armor repairer/Remote Hull Repairer.
6. As long there is no Empire War you need no guns / hardeners. Its Empire! ;) Medium and Small posses dont have really a chance against BS Fleets. A tool for planing your POS: http://www.cassandraslight.com/mypos.htm

dont ftr any defenses at all, they take up resources that labs use. Max out the labs then in the unlikely event you are wardecced you have an easy 24 hours to unanchor and stash it all in a station. Unless you belong to a pvp corp that has tons of enemies no one is going to notice you.
Try taking a sweep round a few hi sec moons and see for yourself. I know of at least one large Caldari Pos with 15 labs and a tower, thats it.
Caldari and Dread Guristas can handle the most labs, the faction version uses less fuel and pays the extra cost for itself in about a year.
Try to persuade yourself to move far away from Jita, the whole area is seeded with wannabee pirates and gate campers, much more chance of some gang looking for something to shoot at.
If your corp mates join you and they cannot do even one mission without losing the faction standing, so packing away when wardecced is no longer an option. better each of you creates a science alt (Achura) and place in the corp. that releases everyone to do whatever turns them on and the research corp remains anonymous.
I cant help you with standings, I am -5 to Caldari. if in Gall or Min space I could get you to seven in 4 DT's

Day 2: 5.77*
Day 3: 6.82*
Day 4: 7.61*
Check the sell forums there are a few doing this for Caldari and Amarr, but make sure they have at least 8.0 personal standing or it will take forever. those figures above are for 9.98 standing.

the system dont let you anchor if you dont have a charter in the hold
i always forget that and need to fly back
