Just bought a rokh, upgrading from a raven.
Anyone able to suggest a fairly good
PVE setup- Gurista Rats, 0.0 space.
and
PVP setup- Most probally a sniping setup since its rokhs main role, but others welcome.

For ratting fit it like a Cruise-Raven with 8 x 350mm railguns...
It does need more cap than raven so you might favour pds over damage mods and a cap recharger in medslots...

for Pve, raven is WAAAYYYY better..
But if u really want: fit full rack of best 350mm rails, shield tank and 2x MFS II plus cap stuff
for PvP:
its not so nber when it comes to sniping..lack of tracking bonus like mega's is troublsome, and your great range is usualy useless, coz all the other megas and other snipers in gang will be limited to 160km..
it is good with blasters though, can get awesome range with neutrons, but u really need high skills for that, and if u used to be raven user, i'm sure u didnt train gunnery skills to lvl5s. U will probably need to armor tank if u are using blasters, coz u need web, mwd and cap injector in mids. u can put some dampers or other EW in remaining mids. for lows: some average armor tank would go: MFSII, 2x EANM II, DCU II and LAR. Not sure how would ALR fit without one PG rig or two, didnt try it yet.

Better read again... I told him to fit a rokh AS a cruise raven with 350mm guns if he decided to rat with it. Im very well aware of the point you try to give...

The Rokh as a blasterboat shouldn't compete with the others as a soloship - But it's very cool blastership indeed...
It really shines in the group situations where you can skip the EW and focus on shieldtank and damage... Ofcourse it'll be a fish in a barrel alone...
neutrons, mwd, cap booster, xl sb, amp, 2 hards, 3 mfs, dc2 and something and even better when you don't even need the mwd...
