Is scamming still allowed in this game.. I`ve read the EULA and it still says that Scamming is allowed . " https://support.eve-online.com/Pages/KB/Article.aspx?id=34 " . Somebody could pls clarify me... Any GM's answer is welcome .

What do you consider an exploit. If the dude you scammed is blind enough and he aggrees with what you said is that an exploit of game mechanics ?

Only if it is an ingame scam and does not breach the EULA.
Claiming to found a bank or charity fo minmatar slaves then keeping donations = allowed. Claiming to be CCP, ISD or EVETV and asking for isk,passwords etc = insta bannage.

Example:
You put up a contact saying you want to buy a CNR for 45000000, the guy misreads and thinks you are offering 450000000 and accepts.
You just scammed the guy for a whole lot millions and you get away with it. Unpunished :)

i for one never scammed .. i'm not the kinda of guy to rip off people . i prefer to blow them up.. but i see things from ccp`s side that i don't realy agree .

Scamming over the forums like with Eve Game code for ISK scams or character trade scams are also against the EULA, and as such leads to bannage.
Any scam ingame are usually allowed, unless you are using a known bug etc.

If the scam relies solely and purely on the greed and gullability of the victim (like the many contract scams or the Jita 419 scam), it's legitimate. If the scam relies on an intentional weakness of game mechanics (like the Lofty scam), it is allowed. If the scam however relies on an unintended flaw or bug (like the direct trade scam), it is an exploit.
