Me! I found it through the beta 8 months ago then came back
I like the competition, the making of money... and the shooting of things

EVE is an incredible game. I used to play elite a lot when I was younger and EVE seems to be elite all grown up
The graphical content is amazing.
And I get to watch people go bang 
I got a 3 day trial key from a friend. I lost a lot of sleep that weekend.

I reactivated my acount in that period after a 4 month break, and i sure feel like a newb again

Hi, my characters name is Harriet
Got into the game via the 3-day trial from PC Gamer in the UK.IMO it should be a seven day trial though(so much to learn)
This is only my second online-game after playing plantside for 4 months.
I like the game for the economic side of play, rather than the killing side. It is a great game with lots of potential, and I've just signed up for another 6 months.

I was in the beta from the Medusa build. At the end of beta, thought I had better not buy the game becuase risk of addiction...
PC Gamer give the 3 day trial out... :S
So here I am... hooked again.
