It's kinda tough to feel sorry for your plight when I think back to how hard people had to work to get thier first cruiser or indy when the game first started.
Ships cost 5x what they do now, I was in my bantam for a week mining with a friend to afford our first badger.
Petition your podding. Go mine or run missions. Join a corp. You'll be back to where you started in a day.
