1.5mil Engineering (can use T2 passive/active Shield tanks)
2mil Gunnery, (primarily weapon upgrades + AWU lvl 5)
2.7mil learning
4mil Missile skills (inc heavy lvl 5, cruise lvl 5, all missile support skills lvl 4)
6.75 mil Spaceship command.

Frigs/cruiser/battlecruiser/battleship lvl 5

5 days till shield upgrades lvl 5 (skill currently being trained)
