fap still means masturbating, doesn't it? I can't always keep up with these slang words young people use these days.
Every week, the local newspaper usually has a story about someone doing it in public, putting onlookers into "a state of fear and alarm".
Don't know if that's just them being pervs though.

No, if winding the sundial was an addiction, then sneezing would be an addiction also. _______________________________________________ RuntimeError: ChainEvent is blocking by design, but you're block trapped. You have'll have to find some alternative means to do Your Thing, dude. |

There probably is such a thing, but it would very likely vary from person to person depending on their "needs". If however, you can't stop thinking about fapping all the time, and take every single opportunity you get to do it, you're probably addicted to fapping. Which to be honest is a little lame

Perhaps, I was thinking less about how much and more about how. I would say its an addiction if you start wearing womens clothes and stuff. _______________________________________________ RuntimeError: ChainEvent is blocking by design, but you're block trapped. Silly question in general. When you cant copulate you still have bodily needs and ************ is completely normal. Petty books have just spread a disease that for some reason its immoral. Silly morals. --------

It has been medically documented that one CAN become addicted to "fapping" just as one can become addicted to sex.
The addiction isn't so much in the act itself, but in the chemical processes that play out in the mind when reaching climax. There is a massive co cktail of neuro-chemical responses in the brain that happen at that one moment, no small part of which is a HUGE shot of endorphin. Some people become "endorphin junkies" in that their brains begin to crave the endorphins and specific chemicals given off during sexual climax. After awhile it can blossom into full-on addiction.
There are treatment centers in the US, Canada and Europe that specialize in sex and sex-related addictions. Just google it.

Because excessive amounts of "fapping" (known as "Compulsive Masturbating") is unhealthy. Not only can you cause damage to your sexual organs (brush burn, anyone?) you can cause permanent and/or long term damage to your ability to climax. Like any addiction, it takes more and more of the addictive substance to get the same "high". You slowly build up a tolerance to the addictive substance. In this case, the endorphins your body produces. Keep in mind, Your body can only produce so much endorphin in a given day.
Once your tolerance for your own endorphins reaches your body's maximum output capability you are on a curve of diminishing returns. This usually ends in some kind of crippling of your endocrine system and/or a complete tolerance to your own endorphins and a loss of climax capability.
In other words, YOU'LL BREAK YOUR ABILITY TO ORGASM PERMANENTLY.
Now do you understand why that might need treatment?
Please understand, this type of dysfunction is NOT the normal "fapping once every night" kind of function. We're talking about needing to fap every hour to couple hours. About being unable to get through the day without climaxing several times throughout the day, every day. the kind of dysfunction that impedes your ability to work, go to school, or interact with others because of your constant desire and need for sexual climax. So this isn't some "religious crusade" crap, this is a real, medically documented problem.

If you think about it, yes it could. Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't an orgasm release endorphins(sp?) into your head, and like a drug, could start to turn into the only way those endorphins are released?
