This made me laugh lots. If you bring a fight we can't win we'll just dock and if you bring one we can then your tactics are questionable to say the least. Incidentally you say "were coming for you" so if you were coming for us, what are you doing now?
I hope you were hired to dec us, otherwise you are just trying to gain publicity for yourselves as a PvP corp by deccing what's regarded by many to be the noobiest fake pirate/griefer corp in EvE so it hardly adds to your reputation now does it?
FYI I haven't killed a hauler ever I don't think, I might be wrong here but certainly not since I joined RAK... I might be wrong though, I have been drinking a lot more rum lately

One of thier guys was in high-sec the other day, mistakenly getting shot by the local police and webbed so he couln't get back to the gate. So, thankfully a fellow Pink Panther Project member hugged this guys tempest with a shuttle and stole some loot when it popped, horay! . Next thing i know we were getting war declaration threats from them  .
Boo hoo, i lost a ship in empire and some guy stole some loot, threaten a war dec!
I'd feel like a complete idiot if my corp's policy was that, wouldn't you?

Yea I wasnt there, but the reason they were not posted quickly was because some of them were putting in petitions since after DJ popped few if any of them could lock, shoot, move, or dock. They had completely lagged out or something. So supprise Damned Legion can fight while outnumbered assuming the enemy is lagged out. Regardless of the conditions gf, but hopefully next time we won't have game issues in the middle of things.

Just to clarify, we only had 10 in gang and you guys had 10 in system, and when we did undock to engage your gang, a few of your guys docked straight up when they started taking damage! I would of thought after hanging around for so long to fight us they would be thrilled to see some action, but they decided to bail out and miss the fight, as for the killmails not posted up, the majority of the gang's clients either froze up or didn't even display the full list of people outside the station, primary had to be switched because some people didn't have him on overlay or see him outside station. As far as i know they are waiting for a response from ccp to see why this happened before they even think about posting the losses.
But anyway why would that bother you guys, you've not posted up all your loss mails from us so you are just as bad

Well, that's strange cos your CEO smacked one of my directors in local for about half an hour odd with another DL pilot (I forget their name, it was an 04 player in a vaga too ***** to fight an 07 player in a deimos) eventually threatening to war-dec us.
