I was simply saying that some of the team are itching for a fight, so I may not be able to keep their claws clipped forever. It's really up to the team council. In the meantime, I should say it's a difficult job holding Galen's leash.

Kay. We shall always abide by the terms of the charter, but I can't guarantee that the charter won't be amended. We're very democratic in that respect. Of course, I hope no established VRT council ever chooses to amend the rules of engagement, as it would be somewhat antithetical to my personal code of ethics. ...and I don't recall berating anyone. Has my team been doing something without my knowledge? I should certainly hope not.
