I have in my hot hairy hands the best railgun in the game. Everything about this puppy is superior. The damage modifier is 50% higher than the base model. No other module even comes close - the nearest officer module is .25x away. It takes 10% less energy to activate. Most importantly, however, the optimal range is 20% higher. This module is truly a must-have for all hybrid battleships. It's especially good for ships that don't have range bonuses (I'm looking at YOU, Gallente!) or that are trying to squeeze that last drop (more like bucket) of damage in fleet battles (Rokh anyone?). This module offers something for everyone.
