A short, but fun chapter in LFC's history. We had some great fights, made some excellent new friends, and had a ton of fun.
I wish all the member corps the very best.
As for our enemies, yes - they brought in a phenomenal number of reinforcements in the last few weeks and days, but that's usually a very effective way to get the job done. Sometimes we won, sometimes we lost, but thanks for a largely smack-free fight.
I'm sure we'll see you again some time!

hi
FATAL should've considered all the factors going into defending true 0.0 space before taking up MC's offer, especially "what happens if MC can't bail us out in the future if things go south?" Lag, morale, participation and all of those things are all part of the 0.0 game. If you can't or won't fight through lag and low morale then what can you expect to do against those who can?
I don't particularly hate FATAL aside from the fact they decided to become quasi-pets of MC. You might've not held a lot (or any) space if you hadn't taken up their offer but you would have at least still existed as an entity.

I guess in all the sadness everybody forgot to thank Prom for his work...getting thrown into it and doing the best he could...
Integrity is something worth keeping a hold of Prom and you did that 100%...even with Pusher Buttplug you still kept your cool.
I'm love to know how much Fatal management made on the surrender though? Any guess??? I had a sig but sold it! |

Speaking of Ironwolf does he even know FATAL surrenedered? _______________________________ [ 2007.06.07 21:07:22 ] FrankyWave > ransom me guys I am joining XElas !!! |

Yeah, for sure it is always the others to blame and never yourself.
Please show me the 17 alliances who played an important part in the final stage of the war? Furthermore, weren't you happy to be given new space by MC whom you just helped to capture it with a massive blob? Happily doing it yourself but condemming it when the other side is doing it?
Maybe you should instead count the numerous strategical mistakes which of your friends? Why for example did M.pire send their capital fleet away to the south and left their and your homes unprotected by it?
Maybe you plainly underestimated the will of Razor and MM to fight back and you thought they were finished off by MC and that they would be easy to handle?
It is sad to see that FATAL leaves in such a manner, especially since they got some reputation in the past. I hope you will find more fun in the future again.

So another little eve chapter closes, what remains is a Big Thank you to the Corps and Members who did pull there weight and followed FATAL on there journey. I am sorry that due to personally circumstances I could not be there for the last month or so. The real life friendships formed are still there and will continue in whatever form, this has been the biggest gift of all.

As an ex-Shinra (soldier) this is truly sad to see. Use to fly with Gunship and some of the old Black Reign in CA where they formed; with Wildhope, Masterob1 and KD.
To see you guys grow from LV into a formidable powerhouse was a pleasure to view.. all the best USS and the crew, your all top fellas, may your name rest in peace as an Eve great. Goodbye Fatal.

I was only in fatal for a short-ish time before and it was my first real 0.0 experience, but i loved every minute of it.
What i especially liked, was what i percieved as great mutual respect between us and our foes. The real comments (from the normal hard-working members) on battle reports were mostly filled with good natured rivalry and respect. Yes, people moaned about lag (CoW are great at moaning but i love them for it) but everyone was in it together.
What annoyed me was the comments from people who were not involved in any way except that they were "anti-bob", and yes i am looking at goonswarm here. Normal respectful battle reports were regularly soured by 3rd parties trolling m.pire and fatal, just because they chose a different side in this 'great war'.
Again, massive respect and thanks to razor/MM and co. for great fights and a tough war. Although, i do think your going to miss us now. Best of luck to all fatal members, i hope to fly with you again, and best of luck to our former enemies too.
