Ok, I havn't run missions in probably well over a year, since I've been in 0.0 most of that time.
I fly a deimos almost exclusively now, and recently left 0.0 for personal reasons(Yarring is far more fun ).
Question #1: Can I use a ship for any mission from any combat related agent?
Question #2: If question 1 is a no, what would be a good setup for the deimos running level 4 missions, and is that even possible in a deimos.
Question #3: What is the highest mission level a deimos can be flown in?
I have 18.1 mil sp all in combat. Let me know what you guys think, and eve mail me if you'd rather prefer that method. Thanks for your time guys.
NOTE: I will be doing missions if I run out of cash to supply deimos, or when my sec status gets too low to the point I can't fly into all the systems. Always need a source of income =).

1) Yes, its just that some deadspace gates only allow certain ship classes. usually applies to low end missions, like L1-L2 missions. e.g cannot exceed destroyer size ships to enter.. etc etc...
2) For level 4's, any ship goes. Just look for the Lv4 guides on how to prepare for the enemy types.
3)See above answer.

Shooting from the hip, so to speak, I'd say to make missions worth the time, 500+ dps output as well as 450dps tank is sorta a minimum, though that tank can easily break in many missions, and 500 output dps will take a long time to kill a lot of rat BS's.

It's going to be annoying with a deimos fit since you will be close range. Deadspace missions = no MWD. Slow hauling ass 80km towards a target while being pounded on without being able to retaliate for 75km is not fun.
Then as npcs spread out and orbit you at 30km, running to the next target after target will annoy the bonkers out of anyone. 
Use the Ishtar for missions with Sentry Drones + Rails + Spare drones for anti-frigs. |

Thanks guys, I'll either use an ishtar, domi or myrm. Might even try a mega too, not sure yet. I should have realized you couldn't use mwds, rofl.
Ok, so I'll just use a bs for the level 4's or a bc and get that over with. Thanks for the replies in any case.
