i find this highly offensive. why they are advertising such tripe in pator of all places is an affront to all minmatar and if i could blow the bloody billboards up i would. remove them immediately, such ammarian mein kampf'esque crap has no place in liberated minmatar space.
when i carry out my convoy raids in ammarian space i make it a point of destroying cargo ships that carry this abomination and destroying the cargo container that contains it.

As previously mentioned, CONCORD owns the billboards and people can purchase Ad tiem on them. the distribution is random as for the content of the ads at any one billboard. take no offense. Just because it's on a billboard, it doesn't mean you have to read it. If you don't like the book, don't buy it. Although one is therefore given to wonder why it is that you don't like the book.
Have you read it? Are you now dictating to others what they should and should not read? Or perhaps you've not read it, and you're taking someone else's word for it. Someone else who happens to think it's a bad book and no Minmatar should read it?
It's a book about one man's vision of galactic peace. That's all. It doesn't contain any mind control devices, or anything else that's going to force you to continue reading if you find it distasteful. If you read it from cover to cover, it doesn't turn you into an Ammatar, either.
All you're proving here is the Minmatar's predisposition for book burning, and their underlying fear that they could all be corrupted by reading a book. You're not that weak willed, are you?
You can't be. You've broken free, reclaimed your home system and a good chunk of solarsystems besides, all in the name of freedom. Surely you're not now saying everyone's free to do what they want, as long as they don't read a particular book?

You waste your breath Guran. You are addressing an ignorant and primitive Minmatar, the concept of peace is foreign to them.
Their idea of superior literary work is the graffiti that stains most of the public property on Matar. Most Minmatar people can't read, even fewer have ever used a writing instrument more complex than a crayon.

Well, my breath is mine to waste. Hopefully some of it will sink in one day, and there may be peace.

And what, precisely, makes you think that I'm a slaver? Come on. I'm now intrigued.

Your concept of peace is not the minmatar concept, however the self-delusion you call enlightment doesn't allow you to accept other world view than the one you were forced and force you self to believe.
Additional you only call something superior only when it is the same way you have, even if this method or thing is inferior to others.
However, why have I even thought about wasting time on a blind fundamentalist like you, who, I doubt it, had ever a transcendent expierience.
I fear you wouldn't hear the storm coming, even when it would have torn away the roof of your beloved home. Forsooth, not few of you amarrians can be so a waste of time - at least on philosophical discusions. *sigh* --------------------------------------

The Minmatar concept of peace being peace as equals, and the Amarrian concept is peace as dominators (ie you expect us to be your happy little slaves)
If the Republic surrenders to your concept, we'll just have to tear the government apart and replace it with a clear thinking, sane Minmatar republic.
And before you say it, no. Slaving, murdering dogs are not welcome to run any part of our society.
It is better to die on your feet than live on your knees.

From several discussions with several minmatar space captains and 'Freedom Fighters' I have come to one conclusion.
The minmatar peace is the peace of the graveyard.
