To: The General Public of Eve.

The words of the Emperor spoken to the Diplomat from the region of Fade recorded by me, Jhered Stern in the Great Hall of the Emerald Throne in the Citadel of the Dammed.
ôMy son, in this most grievous hour beset upon your people by the villainous foe who calls itself NORAD; I bid you fear not for you are not without comfort for thy weary head. I shall set upon this foe a token fleet to demonstrate my mercy to the righteous and my wrath to the infidelö with these words the Emperor turned to the main console to the right of the Emerald throne and ordered his steward Grand Admiral Zen Later ôSend forth to my right ôHandö Grand Admiral Hupa and bestow upon him the authority to release 10 ships from normal duty. He is to take this force to Fade and exterminate those that oppress my children in Fade Alliance.ö He then turned to the Ambassador from Fade and said ôMy will shall be done and by the marrow your people shall stand on their own. Go now in peace and let the warriors work be done.ö Thus was the will of the Emperor.
And so it was that a small force of 10 ships led by Grand Admiral Hupa entered the region of Fade and the system of L-C307 and the station therein and beset upon the NORAD fleet of some 28 odd ships that tarried there, the force of the EmperorÆs wrath in the form of 5 battleship kills and the extermination of 10 or more cruisers. Following the decisive battle Grand Admiral Hupa turned the EmperorÆs wrath upon the fleet in C4C-Z4 in the form of 4 battleship kills and the extermination of 3 to 4 cruisers.
Two of the Fade Alliance stations were liberated and the remaining enemies scattered to the Void of space. The Emperor then recalled the Fleet to Forsaken Empire borders where they wait to counter strike any resurgence of the NORAD forces.
In the following post a communiquÚ that was intercepted has been decoded and released by the Imperial Intelligence Bureau. It contains a conversation between Imperial Naval Officers and one enemy captain hiding in the system.

One always addresses the Emperor on bended knee as a sign of respect for him.

Well if the Emperor is XirtamVOTF as someone said then yes, VOTF and Tycho Heavy (bless the memory) were at war many months ago. VOTF has come a long way since then if they are the "roal family" of Curse now.
Times change, Tycho were by far stronger and VOTF weaker. Now Tycho is just a hollow shell abandoned 5 months ago due to complete clean out and VOTF are the rulers or whatever of a giant alliance.

I must admit I find the new Foresaken Empire public relations style all rather good fun, at least its imaginative! And monsieur Stern is a far better representative than some other alliance spokesclones at the moment. I love the "Emerald Throne" and "The Citadel" of the damned, its all so very John Norman's "Gor", full of macho imagery and kinky allusion ... quite splendid.

I really have to protest. There shall be no more "liberation". That right has been reserved by m0o. We hold a monopoly in the real estate business and we damn intent to keep it. Looks like fade region MIGHT BE COMING TO THE TRADE CHANNEL SOMETIMES SOON!!!! Btw, we are running out of people to kill so if anyone wants to fight us, without bringing horrible ridiculous amounts of people and expecting us to fight, we can definitely around it.

Although the estimates for the two discrete engagements are correct, the total death toll over the night was more like 12-14 battleships on their part (they were bein chased down like stray dogs) and only the Emperor could know how many cruisers. I thought NORAD had confirmed they sent a fleet of 38 ships at us in the first engagement, 15 or so of which were battleships.
But anyway, I would never question the Emperor's official decrees . It was a glorious battle and I can't wait for the Imperial Office of Motion Picture Production to release a digest of the footage  .

Mr. Stern forgot the mention the slaughter of several miners in C4C who were being permitted to ply their trade under the "oppression" of NORAD.
Despite lacking turrets of any kind, they nevertheless stood and died fighting the invading FE force with nothing but drones to defend themselves.

What corporations were the victims of this slaughter in? Who are the pilots who killed them (Names it will show in the mail you got?). Who are you?
Show the logs and proof that they were not mining for NORAD. Otherwise, they are victims of war and not the Forsaken Empires Navy.
We will not be chastised for destroying industrial vessels of an enemy navy. In any war they are targets!
This is the will of the Emperor and it will be done.

Not to mention numerous ships from the region of Dek that have no choice but to travel through fade to get to empire space.
I'm sure an indy hauling tritanium that is in a corp that has no affiliation to anyone in fade is a serious threat, seriously, that tritanium is dangerous stuff.

You used to be a pretty cool KCFOS, but skillz banter and egomaniacle talk must have won you over. Either that or you just finished Gunnery Level 5 and are starting to talk the talk. Lets see you walk the walk and come teach us "carebears" how to fight.
As far as miners being sent to the battle lines with drones - you knew this wouldnt help you at all, especially after the first wave went down within 10 minutes. I'm so tired of these ploys for pity. It is not our fault that you hold people down to the level of "Miner" and when it comes to fighting you wont even lend them weapons.
The Emporer will fight for them!
And guys, lets be honest. The fighters did deal out a bit of damage. I mean, i can think of at least two people who needed to borrow my medium armor repairer!
