My capacitor has a capacity of 3540 and a recharge rate of 494 seconds !
What is the maximum amount of consumption per second for which my capacitor will be stable, and won't completly deplete ?

i suggest the use of EFT

If you don't want to use EFT, then I think the formula goes something like:
(Capacitor / Recharge rate) * 2.4ish = Max. Cap Recharge (around 30%ish)

I would like to see the capacitor recharge curve. Anyone know if there is a graph of that around.

Hmm, lemme check.... I got an usage of 16.433 and , lemme see now...
I'll wait and see what willl be my lowest capacitor value with an usage of 16.433 capacitor per seconds !

Ok, so with a capacitor of 3540 and a recharge rate of 494 seconds, with the following consumption modules:
Invulnerability field I: 40cap/10s = 4/s
V-M15 Braced Multispectral Shield matrix: 40cap/12s = 3.33/s
Smal shield Booster II: 18.8cap/2s = 9.4/s
Damage control I: 1cap/30s = 0.03/s
With a total of 16.76 cap/s consumption
and a medium 3540/494 = 7.16 cap/s regeneration
i'm stuck at 1414/3540 lowest value and 1496/3540 highest value
That means 39.94% min and 42.25% maximum.
So if i can keep a capaciitor of 39.94% full while having a medium consummption rate of 16.76/s while the medium regenerating power of the capacitor is 7.16/s this means by my calculations
At 10% full stable capacity i could have a medium consumption rate of ...uhh.. i don't know, but it took me while to make an assumption that u may fit 3 time the medium capacitor renarge rate at a maximum
So if i have 7.16 recharge rate per second, i can fit a maximum of 21.48 comsumption per second, give or take ...

Actualy i learned that a 20 comsumption per second isn't suported by a medium recharge rate capacitor of 7.16/s
18 Doesn't work also !
16.76 works, so i think a maximum 17 works too...
17/7.16=2.37 !
It is safe to say a maximum of 2.4 times the medium recharge rate per second of the capacitor will be supported !

Yeah, peak cap (and shield) recharge is roughly (2.4 * capacity)/recharge time.

I usually use 2.35 and ignore hardeners & similar low cap stuff.
