Hello guys,
This is no attempt of asking asking which ship should a noob fly first. I am planning to put all support skill up to 4 or 5 before flying either of this ships. My question is that for solo/hunt/lvl4 mission, which ship will make more sense to train for?
As far as drones bonus go, they both are par, however, Myr has bonus for armor rep. From Gallante ships on Wiki, Myr's spec look better then Ishta. I guess my question is that with equal skill, which ship would do more damage and survive longer?

Purely performance wise I would say that Ishtar is better. Nano-fit for pvp, its hard to catch so you can get yourself out of those sticky situations. For pve its also superior to the Myrmidon I believe due to the t2 resists it has. Plus the extra drone bay is nice for spare drones incase some get killed.
However, Myrmidon is a lot cheaper, which means you won't mind so much if it dies, which in turn means you will probably get more fights = more fun.

Myrm is better until the Rev 3 patch. At which point it will be a mean tank

Use a myrmidon, you will get it first that the ishtar.
The ishtar is genneraly better, but the myrmidon is FAR from worthless.
Get decent skills with the myrmidon, and then, go for the ishtar 
When always when deciding between two ships of the same race that can have similar roles, get for the t1 first, and then for the t2

Yeah, learn the ropes flying a Vexor. Cheap, effective, easy to fly.
