That's not true at all.  We're just misunderstood by the majority of the eve-o community. Sure, we kid around about immitating Israelis and comparing Feythabolis residents to plantation slaves, and from time to time we make 9/11 jokes, but at the heart of it all we're simply here to have fun. Folks in eve all have fun in their own way: some by mining veld in Jita and others by honor-tanking their Ravens. Goons have fun by deconstructing the internet. We priviledge that which the rest of the community despises, render pointless the assumptions about the way the things aught to be, and revel in the its ruined aftermath. It's quite a beautiful thing, really.
If folks are going to get butt-hurt about that, then I'm not sure what to say. Sorry won't do, because really we're not. I think they should wipe away the bitter tears of self-righteous indignation and go outside for an afternoon. Maybe then they can come back to the internet with a Goon's perspective. 
Or maybe they'll just come back to the forums and whine a little more.
