It looks to me like the OP has a good civil case here. For false advertising or faulty equipment resulting in untimely death. Granted .. If Said missile is responsible for killing the OP then please tell me how he is talking ? Would reason dictate that the manufacturer would not be responsible after all due to the fact they sold a product to a dead man? Or is the OP a family member seeking monetary compensation? IE..
