FAT is somewhat strategically located, but it is on the edge of querious which is what bob wants to protect. it doesn't care about catch, all bob wants to do is insure that we don't enter querious and then towards delve or where ever it is bob resides. The only reason bob came to catch in the first place is becasue McFix and friends were unable to remove IAAAC from the area, we were to powerful for MC, although I think that aside from the ed- situation is was more or less even odds at that point. MC called in bob as they couldn't handle it themselves. BoB was more then happy to get away from the goons for a while and fight a "fair" fight for a change. Also IAC has lost 1 station so far and are about to lose two more. So what? BoB has lost two (2) titans and 3 or 4 regions so far, along with the two stations that MC has lost in the north with word that soon their other stations will soon fall under siege as well. Oh and about BoB not caring about feyth, well the residents of feyth were told by BoB that if things got hairy then BoB would help them, same for RISE. Turns out this was not the case. BoB's interests were elsewhere and the alliances that werre protected by the BoB umbrella plan were abandoned and ultimately destroyed. Even if there was no isk being sent from these "pet" alliances to BoB for space rental, there is still the trust that should have been there regarding BoB's assistance during hard times, which did not arrive. BoB may be winning the battle but they are far from winning the war. This current war did not start when ASCN was attacked, this is not the ASCN war. This is Prohibition III (because I and II failed each more horribly then the last) Lets get somthing straight, you are losing, you will not hold any stations very shortly, your Pets -A- have failed killing MC, you have failed killing FIX, Goons have failed killing BoB. BoB have failed killing Goons as well, I don't hide that fact.

I spanked my modules and flew haphazardly around because ship was unresponsive at times. Yet I was able to orbit some ships, scramble some and even shoot a couple of gunloads of ammo. I've had the patience, sometimes the luck (21% structure), beer and cigarettes handy. What people seem to miss is that with the advent of commander skills, command ships and bonuses, pirate implants and ultimately drugs, the variables that the server must handle in a fleet vs. fleet encounter have multiplied exponentially, while the computing power may have only doubled or cvadrupled in the last 2 years or so. That being told, our only choice is that we cope with the situation. The hardware geek I am sees the light at the end of the tunnel with some innovative technologies, but the actual implementation in a comercially-sound piece of equipment will be painful and costly, unless we allow CCP the right to beta-test it on us, and I fear they don't have the guts to pull it . Alas, we're but a small fraction of theire paying consumers. But then, we only have RAGOON to blame for the current state 0.0 TQ is in. Ever since their "successful" Lotka Volterra CapShip Yards assault, followed by the "unsuccessful" MC Yards attack, then our (BoB's) presumed Baby-Titan kill, they forged the overblob. And poor Goons, they receive the blame even if the REDs actually masterminded the plans, but nevertheless they carry their share of it. And thus, seeing them complain about lag is priceless.
