could somone shoot me the link to the post on how, and what I need to make a tech 2 bpo .I know its in forum somewhere .But cant remember what keyword to search for.

You cant. They were given through a lottery before, now you can only buy them.
Unless you mean bpc, then search for "invention".

You cant. not since invention.
You can buy them though... off players for a price. Someone i talked to sold a Hawk BPO for 22.6billion.

No new t2 bpos are being put in game. best you can do is use invention to get a BPC for 5 or 9 runs of a tech2 bpo... search for information on the forums about invention.

I'll answer for him... ALT is used for trolling and stirring up trouble and flames. He is perfectly aware of the T2 BPO situation, but he wants to cause some trolling on the issue.
