Both previous attempts to sell this character have been unsucessful due to the winner of the auction backing out when I contact them ingame to arrange the transfer.

I'd give you 900m for the character, if you consider this an offer... There's still a bit of training to do to get Exhumers (Spaceship Command IV) and also the fact that the refining skills are subpar might be why the offers aren't raining.

I'd have to say that's not even an offer to be quite honest.
Dani already has Spaceship Command III trained so the time to train up level IV would be 1 or 2 days (less with implants) and at that point the character is ready to train Exhumers. In fact i'll probably train that next so it'll be ready for the end of the auction...
Also with Refinery Efficiency V she gets a 99.5% refine at a lot of NPC stations (iirc), and with perfect learning skills the time to bring up the ore specific skills to a reasonable level for POS refining wouldn't be too arduous.
The last two failed auctions saw 'winning' bids of 2.5bil (buyout) and 2.3bil (highest bid) so I don't think i've over-estimated her value in this one.

Currently the character is still for sale.
I don't get back from work for another 6 hours (around 5pm evetime).
