Hello,
I have tried to invent a few ship's bpc since August (63) with max runs decryptor and I have an average of 17% succes rate.
But this isn't my question, for the first time, I have a bpc with only 9 runs while I used to have 10 runs bpc, is it a bug or is it because something has changed (patchnote?)

Your 10 run bpc's came because you were using a max-run bpc as part of your invention job. The 9 run bpc's are because you are now likely using 1 run bpc's in your invention jobs.

oh yeah that's true, I tried with a single run, so, if I use 2 runs I may have 10 runs blueprints?

No, it doesn't quite work like that. I'm not 100% sure it HAS to be a max run bpc to get the extra run but I know a 2-run won't do it. I'm about to experiment with some close but not quite max-run bpc's just to test this out.
Likely someone else will know for sure though. :)

If you use a MAX run BPC you will get 1 extra run out of your invention. You use either MAX run or 1 run, anything in between is the same as a 1 run as far as invention is concerned.

Wow. Huge success rate.
No, really, I mean that, it's HUGE if you're using the +9 run decryptors... it would mean a base invention rate pretty close to 40%, IF the decryptors do what they're supposed to be doing with the invention chance.
I'd be extremely interested if that chance keeps high in future tries too.
