Because it's insanely expensive. 3 day auction 2b starting 2.5b buyout good luck to all those that bid.
This ship is going to be better than a rattlesnake for mission running, it will do the damage of an abaddon with a rattlesnakes tank.

Erm, it's a big gamble to pay all that 
It will only be worth it if the amarr marauder doesn't get similar damage bonuses which I doubt.
Not to mention how much better the caldari marauder will be if the bonuses are similar (because 6launchers will become 4) and the npc'ers will not have to train up lazorzzzz

I can gallente ones right as they're released. Basically anyone who can fly a CapShip can fly that race's Marauder.

Anyway, an amarr npc'er might have trained to fly a raven, hence to have the skills for the new nightmare ready, other than that, only ppl that have ran out of things to train for might have the skills ready for it.

More like anyone that can fly Dreadnaughts, carriers don't take AWU 5.
