Hmm..maybe this post has been posted but wouldn't it be great if you could sort your items in station by folders...like in Corp hangar...you could right click in "Items" and select an option "Create folder" or something like that..then you could create a complete non-messy item list.

I Think its a great idea couse it gets a little harder to find the right item when you have 200 items in your item list.....it would be a great thign to have these folders.

hell yes I don't have many items in my hanger yet but I have visions of having to scroll up and down the list to find the one thing I want in the future.

I'm fully in support of having multiple hangars like you have in a corp... that way you can organize your stuff and keep the mess under control... BPs and Minerals in one, Crap loot and Ore in one, High slot items, Medium slot items, Low slot items, Ammo, all nicely organized... and no, containers that are currently used for that purpose are NOT sufficient... for one you can't escrow an item out of a container if you are not at that station, and also, certain categories grow way too big to fit into a giant container so you would just have the mess of multiple containers for one category and you have to look through each of them to find something...
this has been suggested many times... I think the code for the corp hangar could be mostly reused for the personal hangars and this shouldn't be too hard to do but would make things a lot more organized.
I'll take that over another Hauler nerf any time of the day *grin*

Agreed, Make personal hangers just like the corp hangers 6 divisions would be enough for me...

the "create folder" idea is great.
maybe up to 10 folder max?

Perhaps this option is more easy for the devs:
Make folders for the different types:
- High-slots
- Med-slots
- Low-slots
- Ore
- Trade goods/misc
And an option to either show all or show divided into those folders.
Just a thought... :)

it will be very cool to be able to rent out cargo hangers & name them what you want
& onley stuff maim hanger shows when you got to reprocessing plant

Every time I log in I look at the mess in my hanger and think about having folders like the corp hanger.
I would give my right testicle to have this implemented.
Please CCP can you do this for us?

I created a corporation simply because I wanted item folders, with the increase in corp cost this is unlikely to happen in te future.
I roleplay... there is this computer game called "Earth - The First Genesis" where i play a character in the early 21st century. |

What does this have to do with the fact that we need more personal hangers to use? I wonder if you understand what we are asking for?
For example, I would like a seperate hangar for items to be recycled, for minerals, for ship equipment, and for trade good/market items.

i so agree with this topic ;)
but i didn't see anyone suggest AUTOMATIC sorting.
so if i drop a high-slot, large <whatever> it is sorted with all my other high-slot, large items.
matter of fact; i'd like to be able to get a list of all small, high-slot & rare modules. folders suck 'cause you can only sort on one attribute ;) .. though it's better than having it like it is now :P
