Seems about ballpark, but my gut tells me it is a little low for a char with Bs5, DI5, ASSC5, and Torp 5 - though I could be wrong. I am hoping to get 285-300 isk per sp. For a dread you need Weapon upgrades V and Advaned weapon upgrades V, which alone are 45days. Also, to fly either the dread or the carrier you want to have jump drive calibration to IV and jump fuel conservation to IV (which you need Jump drive operation V for) which add around 50days. Seeing as how you allready have Drone interfacing V, getting the leadership V for fighters would be a lot easier than getting the weapon upgrades and Advance weapon upgrades. I'd say this character is ~100days from being dreadworthy, and closer to 50-60days away from being carrier worthy. I'd probably bid on this char, but you have nothing else for me to play around with while I train for carriers :)

I plugged it in to EVEmon and with a quick run on learning skills and swapping out to +4s. He can be in a carrier with Fighters 4 and Adv Drone Interfacing 4 + skills for capital shield transporters and tank (non triage module) in 55 days. So you are right, much closer to carrier. Dread only about 50 days after getting the proper jump/nav skills on the carrier first. So it could really be decent with a dread and carrier in about 105 days according to EVEmon.
