Hey, im selling this character, as the title says, it is a Dreadnought pilot.
It can use all mods for the dread, including the Siege module. Have been working on the defence skills (engineering) and they are looking pretty good now.

It is now in 0.0, with implants, but if you want me to take it to empire, he will lose those. (theyre mostly +3's, so no real loss).
He has around +500.000 isk in its wallet and a positive 1.8 Sec status.
For standings, he has +6.30 with caldari navy.
I have a special request though, i do not have a creditcard, so i would ask if the buyer could pay the transfer fee (if thats possible). if not, then ill find a way, but id rather evade the hassle.
Starting bid: 2bil
Min Increments: 500m
Buyout: make me an offer
Reserve: 2,5bil
Auction ends monday 15th at Downtime.
Moizo will receive the ISK (see next post).

Assuming you get the issue worked out with paying the transfer fee, then I would offer a Buyout right now of 3Bil.

I fail to see how its worth 4.5bn. 1st off it can barely jump anywhere (jump drive op lvl 1 ) 2nd, 1.4mill in missiles? Meh whatever, not my isks

I believe this kind of talk is unauthorized, continue and ill file a petition, 4,5bil buyout recognized.

I talked to that guy, he sais itll be allright, so the bid isnt retracted.
And the auction has ended, selling Barisart for 4,5bil.
If for any reason Barisart has not been sold to the buyer right now, this will come back and we could start over, or ill leave you a evemail if you wish so you could make another bid.

No, I do not think it is alright, because he retracted his bid before the end of the auction and then never re-posted that bid.
That clearly means that I win the bidding for this. You can't retract and then un-retract later after the timing without a post. The forum rules are pretty clear on this.

Hmmm sorry for the confusion, I few RL issues popped up that I thought were going to affect the buying of this character. but.....
1. There is no rule stating he cannot sale to whomever he wants.
2. The seller reserves the right to not sale to whomever he/she wishes.
3. We made an ingame agreement BEFORE the end of auction, so this constitutes a ingame BO offer which the seller accepted. There is no rule against this either.
I am sorry for any grief this may have cuased you however everything here is legal.

Well, I'm not going to persue anything, but to be honest it seems very wrong, even if allowed.
The post did say downtime on Monday would be the end, and of that time nothing was posted on here to counter my offer which was above the reserve.
Doesn't seem all the honest to me to put something on a forum, take it behind doors and then say "We did it all before the advertised end of the auction". When I sent an eve mail, I also posted the offer to the forum.
Disappointed at many things about this,
