I have 7.1 mill sp, but horrible attributes.
4 int, 4 mem base, 16 perc base, 14 wp base, 3 cha base ( i think)
hull upgrades 5, gallente cruiser 5, can fly minnie afs.
im also very very spread out in terms of training.
should i reroll?

My vote?
Reroll, and save this character for either mission running, scouting or anything else.
Start the character with the Learning tree, and keep them skilling until they are at a usable point.
This character is my first, and while I have goofed up a bit of my skills, my stats were pretty even and I have my learnings to 4/3 or so.
Your call, but I know I train enough varied things that I would reroll and start retraining.

Considering im mostly a missionrunner, all of my stats are needed for *something*.
When I rolled, I think my lowest stat was an 8, maybe 7, lowest.
There are things that could have been higher, and hence learned faster, but there are also things that take too long like that, imo.
Its your call, but I would save the character and reroll this one.
Considering you already have a 'working' character... I would reroll, and get all learnings to 5/4.
Keep playing your current one till he/she gets those done, and then rebuild.
You have the opportunity to start from scratch with good stats and with time, good learning skills. And then a more stable base that I think will be better for you in the long run.
But its your call, and im not gonna pressure you to do one or the other.

Rerolling 7.1M seems a bit extreme. But it depends on what you wanna do.
Gallante spec seems quite bad, as it will take time to train drones. And capital ships etc will be hard as well.
But if you're mostly gonna train a whole lot of spaceship command and turrets/missiles you shouldn't reroll when you have such a high ammount of sp. Am I forced to have any regret? I've become the lie, beautiful and free In my righteous own mind I adore and preach the insanity you gave to me |

It will take months to get to 7M sp with a new character, so you should keep it and just train some more learning if you need to. +4 implants can make a difference too.
If you want, you can start fresh with a new account, and when you're happy with what you have, just sell your original character.
It's not worth throwing away 7M skillpoints, even with those attributes. On the up side, you have very good stats for gunnery and spaceship command. Get your fix today |

On the same token he will catch the same character with better attributes and pass it within a year also.

isn`t that based on the goal he want to achieve with his character?
if he want to get skills in a wide field of EvE, production, EW, combat-related, invention, mining, ..., then yes. reroll.
but if he want to specialize his character, bring him to an edge in PvP, namingly Shipskills, gunneryskills, then will his high perception/willpower give him the right base to advance fast, faster than a character with a even attribute spreading.
example: i made a rough skill roadmap i want to follow with my char. this roadmap includes T2 light and medium drones, drone sup skills at IV. Med T2 lasers, large T2 projectiles, all gunnery sub skills at V. ships of amarr/minmatar (Ceptor, AF/HACs, Command, BS). T2 Armortanking.
if my char would have an even attribute spreading, it would cost me another 40d to get there. (520d instead of 480d). ____________________ Signature currently not avialable |

Of course it is completely up to him, I just like my attributes being all nice and neat as I am OCD like that.
