Quote: Who exactly is Stain Alliance these days? MASS, The Collective, Solar Winds, Kyroshi, Shadow Company... I know there are more, but I've never seen them post here and SA has always been kinda wierd about thier thier member list.
I guess my first corp, EV is still around, but I keep hearing about how only the hard corp PvPers hang out in Stain while the rest inhabit Empire on most days. This is not a stab, I'm just curious if this is true?
I also know that Tyrell has gottten really big, joined SA a couple months ago and has had practically half of CA declare war on them as a result. I was talking to one of thier members in local the other night and he mentioned something about a dozen wars? Are the other SA corps getting as much attention? Are they declaring war as well to help thier allies in Tyrell?
Is SA actively recruiting corps? CA seems to outnumber them right now. Maybe Stain should try to bring in a few more people?
One also has to wonder when m0o is going to get bored in CFS space and take a stab at Stain. Or are they going after the new Phoenix Alliance next? What would Evol do in such a situation? Curse is apparently off thier menu, so at least one region of space is safe!
Regardless, as I said before, I don't think any of this will have much of a long term effect until the next big patch (Shiva?) hits. I'm just wondering what's really going on down there...
Well I can tell you why nobody from SA posts, quiet frankly we don't care how CA owns us on the forums. We play the game, not the forum version of the game ;) And really such threads aren't actually worth a reply, and tbh your replies are on a way to high level for this thread, because you don't flame :D As for most corps being in empire, many corps had big manufacturing departments, ccp made it simply unprofitable to do any manufacturing in stain (or in fact any other pirate sovereingity(i hate that word, can't spell it :P) region. If ccp would see that design flaw and make it possible to mine common ore in stain (and other pirate sov regions) again, i am sure most corps would move their daily buissness back to stain. And other thing is that everyone want's tech2 bps and we know where you get them.
All in all it's more like fubared game mechanics than CA that drove most ppl to empire.
