Something I noticed and a possible solution. It seems that certain low level agent mission spawns are camped by PC Pirates.
I don't have a problem with the gate campers, what I do have a problem with is static agent missions spawn for low level missions that are camped.
Low level agents give out destroy missions that are to the ame spot in space. Being low level agents, means they are given to low level players. When you show up to the waypoint to your mission, there are not only 2k and 5k pirates there, there also PC Battleships there who promptly blow up your noob butt.
A solution to this would be to make the spawns dynamic so they don't spawn in the same place all the time.

put you in a noob frigate to go out to a mission, and get blown up by a Battleship, and not be able to complete the mission because it's camped, then you see how funny it is.
There are some funny things in this game, but that's not one of them.

right then. Head over to Otallieto, take some destroy missions to Auenen. Then when you've lost your ship and lose standing because you can't complete the mission, then maybe you can explain where the humor is there.

That's right, it is just a game, but if players to not provide *CONSTRUCTIVE* input to solicit *CONSTRUCTIVE* feedback, then it doesn't improve then does it? See any key words in there?

Ah now we are getting somewhere, almost constructive feedback.
Let me give you an example.
I disagree, I don't think this should be left as is because (insert your reason here).
That's what's called constructive feedback. Give your opinion provide your supporting arguments.
I posted this to in the hopes it would stimulate intelligent conversion on the topic, not inflamatory, one-liners.

Im quite sure that if one n00b actually petitioned this, complaining they couldnt complete their n00b agent mission, the GMs would probably warn the offender(s) about it.

Camping mission spots with the specific intent to attack and kill new players is a very lame griefing tactic and really shouldn't be permitted. I don't think you should wrap new players in cotton wool, but having them ganked by mean spirited players in battleships is a bit much.
Ultimately people that do this are killing the game for themselves too, after all if you deter new players you prevent the game growing, bad for us all I think no?
Random spawn of missions would be a good idea, or just not have low level agent missions in anything lower than 0.5 sec.

A rat in a arma got popped last nite in aunenen, the guys hunted him cause he tried to gank our corp mate vger at the gate, as we all have a soft spot for vger, (as shes real real nice), the guys made a special effort to kill him , and it was done.
To the guys doing the agent missions=
if u find a RAT camping the system contact a member of CELES/bladerunners/KIA, we will b more than happy to pop him.

Now this is something I like to see, a bit of player justice, I was beginning to think eve was run by griefers or something. A relatively new player myself the majority of what I've seen so far is the negative side to the community in general.

Xenu, you're just trolling. If people are exploiting a problem with the game then there's nothing wrong with the original poster highlighting it on here.
It's not funny, and if it happened to you I don't think you'd be laughing. People play this game to have fun, and it is only a game but when your progress is ruined by people exploiting the nature of these kill missions then it's hardly fun at all is it.

So just because for some bizarre reason you found it funny, every else should do so too? Doesn't work like that mate.
If it was a legitimate way of pirating in the game then fair enough but it's making use of an exploit. This is what gets on my nerves... I play to have fun and in the spirit of the game, it's just sad to see that there's people out there that don't feel the same way.
