Because of some unexplainable reasons my master has decided to let me go 
I am a nicely dual specced character with multiple highlights.
 Caldari frigate, cruiser and battleship to level 5
Well on her way to pilot the mighty Phoenix
Gallente frigate and cruiser to level 5
Can fly both gallente and caldari assault ships and heavy assault ships
Cruise missile specialization
Torpedo specialization
Battlecruisers level 5
Very nice engineering skills
Small and medium blaster specialization
Small and medium railgun specialization
Can fly Interceptors
Almost no skills waisted on industry, although I can fly a barge 
Has access to level 4 agents from the Brutor Tribe.
Attributes:
Intelligence = 19
Perception = 25
Charisma = 13
Willpower = 23
Memory = 18
I have -0.9 sec status, no enemies or kill rights. I have a positive wallet (1isk)
and am already in an NPC corp.
My master and isk receiver is Tard Fettias.
Start Bid: 5B
Reserve : Yes
Buyout option: I will entertain offers, but only on the forums.
End date is set on the 19th of oktober 2007, 22.00 EVE time.

7.4b sounds acceptable to me. I had anticipated 250 to 300m per 1m sp¦s and your offer is around 270m per 1m sp¦s and that is close enough for comfort :)
I will be online after 17.00 eve time and am ready to do the transfer at any time after that. Just give me a time that you would wish to meet and i will log on at that time (after 17.00 eve time ofc  ).

Well, this is most frustrating to say the least. CCP needs to find a way to make bids binding in some form. I now stand with no buyer because the person that offered me 7b ingame could not wait and picked up another character (lower skill points and only 500m cheaper) and apparently the person that bid 7.4 (the person i was waiting for confirmation from) has decided to go AVOL.
It pains me but i am going to lower the price to 6.5b, i need to sell the character because i need space on my account for another one, pursuing other paths.

afaik there is no way to download the xml file from ineve and those forums dont offer any sort of PM¦s

This is the score. At the moment i have four people wanting the character. The first one that catches me ingame and has the 6.5b isk thats asked fully ready gets the character.
If you miss out, then im sorry but i stated to some of you that if you wanted me to wait i would require some sort of guarantee that you would not back out. That has not been done so its a free for all now
