They locked the thread temporarily to keep on top of all the rubbish you keep spewing out on this thread rather then anything of decent discussion. This thread will stay open to contain the spam in one area where it can be better controlled. If you looked you would have seen that when they locked this thread for a moment, people made about 10 new topics in general discussion and nocked about 10 other topics off the front page, much better to keep it to this sticky.
