So here I am.... 10pm EST rolling around in essence in duripant a 1.0 sec status area picking up a skill from the station when all of a sudden I notice one of my corp mates logs on and is in the same system (which is really rare in +.5 space). So I go ahead and dock the ol mega and bust out a rifter and me and my corp mate head out to the roid belts. To our luck there were a coupla afk indy pilots we came across.
So I lock on... start firing... shoot some missiles... keep firing.... oh ok damnit he blew up... oh finally concorde warps in about 70k out so i warp to a nearby planet. My corp mate tells me 5 mins later concorde leaves so I warp back and pod the poor indy pilots. And much to my suprise after that happens concorde didnt show up again ever. So we went to work on an afk megathron miner and got the job done there. We came home with a -.2 sec status and 2million in ores.
We didnt lose any ships in the process which suprises me since many players always come on here talking about how concorde warps in and kills players that start aggression towards others. They never came in until the indys were blown up so maybe im confused?

That would be a bug. There's absolutely no way you should be able to take down a megathron before concord kill you.
File a bug report so the guy can get his megathron back.

Though u shouldnt get away with that, I'm glad someone is taking care of the BS miners in empire space...

This is a bug which has been brought up before. Concorde do not come back if they have already tried to attack you and you warp away. Guess this is still a problem then. 
I have also noticed in the last month or so that -10 high profile pirate types appear to be moving around 1.0 systems without any problems. Is this the ghost of Molly bug/exploit rearing its ugly head again??
Mod - as you will no doubt lock and remove some of this thread as it describes a method of exploitation, you will at least forward the information to the devs so they can bloody fix it!

Yup, been seeing some -10 types in 1.0 space lately like they never had a security hit. What are the cops doing, eatin donuts? A bloke can't take a wc without worry about gettin hit over the head anymore.

It would seem to me that if you see a pirate with a low security status,
ESPECIALLY a -10 status wandering around freely in 1.0 space, it is an exploit and should be reported to the GMs.
As far as I remember, there should not be any way a low security pirate should be able to fly freely in 1.0 space without using some game glitch to survive, and thus it is an exploit.
Either that or I'm wrong and CCP just doesn't care about -10 flying in 1.0 now for some reason.

If you think what happend was a bug or an exploit, its best to petition for it to the GM's.
They can give you a final answer.
