Hi, i just wanted to know if there are any known merc corps that specialize in helping poorly pvp outfitted corps and empire wars in general.

Most merc corps to my knowledge, us included, will war dec whoever is giving you a hard time and proceed to shoot them until you stop paying us, or until you decide we shouldn't shoot them anymore. As far as merc corps go for training purposes, I don't think many will train you in fighting, we will just blow them up for you.

Mercs will only play eve if you pay them to play eve. "Helpful" is an innapropriate word to use when speaking of role players.
