Today we are wait for connect at Si-Si, wait Armageddon day. Some peoples just want kills, or mass pvp, but more players want to test some ships with max skills. May be create at Si-Si some feature as check box "Use All skills at V (Use current skills if not checked)".
What are u think about this?

Sharkbait said all characters would have max skills during Armageddon day. If you want to test with you current skills, wait a day and log on to SISI. Then its back to normal (if they extend Armageddon to a full day, otherwise is just till TQ is back).
It is a test server, and devs deem it necessary to test many people online.

Sorry, but i think the max skills is just an incentive to get as many people to log on to SISI as possible. I can't log on to SISI either, as I'm at work. And by the time i get home, it will be over (unless they extend it *prays*).
You only need to use your regular TQ client, just change the server to SISI to log in.

The event was a massive failure in many ways, there is no other way to describe it.
As for maxed out skills it would be really handy for people that actually want to go ion the server to test things to look for bugs and whatever else there is to look for when testing untested software.
However I doubt very much that it will ever happen for any more than the few hours it is happening for today as people would flood the server and the people that actually want to do testing wouldn't be able to get onto it.
As has been suggested before though maybe it could be setup that once you have been a user for 3 months on EVE you could get a character with max skills in say one faction up to dreadnaughts and a normal carrier.
Anyway it is a shame that out of the usual 13+k of users that are online at this time only 500 got to actually have a go at the super characters.
I am actually now talking with some of my corp matyes about how long it will be before someone tries to use a screen capture from the super characters to sell a character that doesn't really have the amount of skills they say it does.

tbh I logged in and had a big spoiler flying what I dream of. The thanatos isn't that much fun I imagined...

For the like 9th billionth time...this was not an event designed to allow anyone to play maxed out chars - it was arranged to test problems with CCPs proxy servers.

I love how CCP throws us a free bone they dont have to, that was extra work for them, and the players throw it back in their faces. In a few months, people will start whining about the lack of another free bone.
SISI runs on a single node. The same type and power as the single node that JUST runs Jita on TQ. This single node on SISI runs the ENTIRE universe.
The OP has a nice request tho, would be nice to do full skill tests, so you can try new ships you cannot fly yet, as well as help test them before they are released, as well as playing with theory fittings with max skills.
Would have to seperate it out from the regular FFA on SISI tho, so people wanting to test setups for use on TQ right now are not just pwned by losers looking for easy ganks with max skills.

The only thing I saw when I look at all the posts about Armageddon day, is that there is probably a market for some form of stand alone server to run on people's machines to run just a bit of Eve and allow PvP, what if etc, etc.......
2-8 players, one constellation, limited ships and you all begin in a beginner ship, with zero cash.
Go forth rat, upgrade, find your friends and kick their a**es.
