Since the Rorquar takes 3 freighters full of capital components to move maybe a BYOM would work but only if you came to them. Maybe you could start the 1st service where you fly The BPO to a point .4 system to build peoples Rorquar for them. Charge 400-500 mil for a 2 week project.
1. Figure the .4 system would have to be really close empire space.
2. If the system is to hostile then a new location would have to be picked.
3. Money for all the parts would have to be given for insurance say 2-1.5 billion and when the ship is completed and returned all isk would be return beside the agreed apon cost of building it.
I would be intrested in something like this.

I would be intrested in something like this.
the other possibility is to have rorqual builder build rorqual and have it ready for when trade is possible for componants and or minerals plus isk. Thus no need for insurance. If any of you are in heimatar region give me a shout. I would entertain byom/byoc deals
