So does 'Winter' mean around december - Feb, I honestly don't know, these new textures and even models look amazing.
Any more info would be great.

It's going to come Soon™, WhenItIsDone™, this IcelandicWinter™ (which already started).
Translation, unless delayed, mid-late November, hopefully not later than early December.

Winter means 'we hope it will be end of November, start of December, but there's still one or two things we are ironing out and we can't be 100% sure that it'll be ready. So we'll say winter now and come Feb, we can quote that at the forum whiners.'
