The one where you sit in a major market hub and scam people out of their isk. and we all know its an exploit using the griefer definition 1). you make too much money doing it in hi sec , 2) there is zero risk in doing it , and 3) you are having too much fun doing it. therefore it needs to be nerfed.

Thank you for an actual intelligent post. But nerfing incursions to make some cheater trash out in 0.0 happy is not the way to fix it. If CCP would just take five minutes and think about who is asking for and causing this uproar about nerfing incursions they would ignore it and move on to things that are more important.
