whats the best skill combination to start a miner ? (are drones worth it or better start with mining III + refining II ? )

errr frigate4 gives you the most sp i believe?
But the skills arent that important, attributes are.

hm attributes:
intelligence: 9(+1)
Charisma: 6(+0) 
Perception: 6(+3) 
Memory: 11(+0)
Willpower: 7(+1)
im gallente -> intaki -> reborn -> technology school -> industry -> mining -> advanced refining

buy another game for 2 weeks,
start with ur learning skills all at lvl 4 (1 and a half week or so)
mining 4, astrology lvl 4.
gallante cruiser prolly (thorax)
drones lvl 5, drone interfacing lvl 3, heavy drones (defence)
refinning can be done by corpmates

I'm a one-character mining operation. I have:
Mining 5
Astrogeology 5
Refining 5
Refinery efficiency 5
Metallurgy 3
All specific mining skills up to Spodumain at 1
Drones 5
Drone interfacing almost at 5
Mining Drone 5
Deep Core Mining 1
Amarr Battleship 2
Amarr Industrial 4
Yes, I can mine the heck out of stuff, drag it all back to base, refine the crap out of it, all by myself. Yee Hah.

That looks like a well rounded character. In the long run it will be best. You don't know what you want to specialize in when you start in a new game anyway.
Start with Drones 1 and Mining at 1 or 2, training the skill only costs time. And getting any skill up to Level 3 is done pretty fast.
If you don't have Drones to start with then it will cost you 25,000? ISK or more to get Drone skill.
Start out with as many skills as possible, it's cheaper.

Attributes looks ok.
But no matter what profession you're going for, you're best of to choose the war academy -> command path that gives you frigate lvl 4 in creation.
(unless the character is to be a researcher, refiner, builder that NEVER will train to fly anything better than a frigate)
